On September 18th, 2014, a public lecture by the Ambassador of Hungary to Bulgaria, H.E. András Klein, took place at the Plenary Hall of Varna Municipality’s building, at 16:00 h.
During the lecture, the ambassador shared his view on the “South Stream” project. According to him, there was much confusion and chaos concerning energy policy, which impedeed cooperation. His lecture enjoyed great interest and was the first of a series of meetings on the “Future of Bulgaria” project, implemented jointly by the Municipality of Varna, The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, and Future Workshop Bulgaria. The diplomat said that there was an increase in the number of Hungarian tourists in the country and called for greater cooperation at the institutional level in the fields of education, science and culture.
